To celebrate over thirty years in film-making the brightest stars from Broadway and Off-Broadway's biggest hits will share one-of-a-kind performances at From Guffman to Spinal Tap: 54 Sings Christopher Guest on Sunday, January 22nd (7:00pm & 9:30 pm) at Feinstein's/54 Below. The show is directed and produced by Robert W. Schneider.

From Guffman to Spinal Tap: 54 Sings Christopher Guest (#54SingsGuffman) will include guest appearances by Annie Golden (Orange Is The New Black); Claybourne Elder (Bonnie and Clyde); John Bolton (A Christmas Story); George Salazar (Tick..Tick..Boom); Allison Guinn (On the Town); Tyler Brunsman (A Very Potter Musical); Rebecca Spigelman (Hairspray); Trevor Kent (Disaster); Todd Adamson (Memphis), plus many more names to be announced in the upcoming weeks.

Ben Rimalower, playwright and star of the hit Off-Broadway sensation Patti Issues, will host both concerts. In a statement, Ben Rimalower said, "I would call myself a Christopher Guest nerd, except that would implicate most people I know. Who isn't obsessed with Waiting for Guffman, Best In Show, This is Spinal Tap and the rest? Only to host such a wonderful event, would I take the night off from memorizing Mascots on Netflix!"

Producer Robert W Schneider, best known for hosting the podcast Behind The Curtain: Broadway's Living Legends, said, "Everyone in theatre worships at the altar of the comic genius that is Christopher Guest. No other filmmaker has given us more quotable lines and lyrics in their movies. His films are timeless, innovative, and uproariously funny! I am so pleased that we are able to showcase his brilliant musicianship with some of Broadway's best and brightest performers! We are going to take the whole thing to an 11!"

Audiences will hear a wide array of Christopher Guest's works including the heavy metal music of This Is Spinal Tap, the sesquicentennial sounds of Waiting for Guffman, Best in Show's canine rhythms, and the immortal folk sounds of A Mighty Wind. Plus a few more musical surprises!

From Guffman to Spinal Tap: 54 Sings Christopher Guest will include a trivia contest, behind the scenes anecdotes, and a sing along with the cast!

From Guffman to Spinal Tap: 54 Sings Christopher Guest will be music directed by Joshua Zecher Ross with Andrew Garrett Karl serving as projections designer.
