Producers/creators Ken Davenport and Randy Weiner have announced the creation of their partnership to promote and license interactive theater pieces around the country. To be known as Interactive Theater Worldwide. These two pioneers of the genre, who collectively have given the world such international hits as The Awesome 80s Prom and The Donkey Show, will be licensing their shows as well as others, which are now available for booking for the 2007-08 season.

Davenport is currently represented in New York City and around the country by The Awesome '80s Prom, which he created and directed  and Altar Boyz, which won the Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Musical, Off-Broadway. Now in its third year at New World Stages, it is also currently in the midst of its national tour. Other Broadway/national tour management credits include My Fair Lady, Grease, Show Boat, Candide, Ragtime, Parade (workshop), Jekyll & Hyde, Chicago, Cinderella, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Gypsy and others.  Davenport taught "Acting as a Business" for AOL and was the Dir. of Creative Development for NETworks. He is the recipient of an Acclaim Screenwriting Award for his TV pilot, "I.C.A." and is a member of the BMI Librettist workshop. He is currently developing a musical version of the film Somewhere in Time and a new play, My First Time based on the website, opening off-Broadway next season.

Weiner is a writer, director, and producer of live theatrical events.  He is best known as the foremost creator of a hybrid form of theater, which he calls "Club Theater," that mixes the music and energy of a nightclub with the drama and spectacle of theater. His "Club Theater" shows have been presented at venues throughout the United States and Europe.  He is the creator of The Donkey Show, a disco-version of "A Midsummer Night's Dream," that has run for the past eight years all over the world including productions in New York, London, Edinburgh, Geneva, Madrid, Helsinki, and in spring, 2007, Seoul.  Weiner is the creative director and co-creator of Beacher's Madhouse, now in its third year at The Joint at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.  He is also the executive producer and creator of Stairway To Hell, the 80s Metal Musical extravaganza, currently running in New York City.  This summer, his wrestling rock opera, Turandot vs. Mysterio: The Rumble For The Ring, will be presented at the Bay Street Theatre in Sag Harbor. He is currently working with the Bee Gees to develop a musical extravaganza, Juliet, featuring music remixed by Pete Tong, scheduled to open at the ten thousand-person party, Manumission in Ibiza, in Summer 2008.
