Daniel Reichard to Return to Lincoln Center with Annual Christmas Concert

On December 10th and 11th, Broadway and concert star Daniel Reichard will play his annual holiday concert titled Daniel Reichard: Christmas at Lincoln Center at the breathtaking Kaplan Penthouse at Lincoln Center.

Every December for a decade, Reichard has celebrated "the most wonderful time of the year" onstage with his acclaimed Christmas concerts. First performed while starring as Bob Gaudio in the Original Broadway Cast of Jersey Boys in an intimate Manhattan cabaret club, the club act was an instant hit. Since then, Reichard has written and starred in multiple incarnations, selling out some of New York City's most acclaimed concert venues including Birdland Jazz Club, Feinstein's/54 Below, and the Alvin Ailey Theatre.

This year, Reichard who starred at Lincoln Center as Candide in the New York City Opera's production of Candide will celebrate the 10 Year Anniversary of his seasonal show as a benefit for the Lincoln Center Corporate Fund. The Lincoln Center Corporate Fund provides support for Lincoln Center's resident arts organizations, allowing corporate donors to benefit ten world-renowned institutions.

This exhilarating evening of music will feature Daniel singing Christmas classics, Hanukkah favorites, and standards from the Great American Songbook, along with surprise guest stars and a full band. Previous guest stars have included Tony Award winners Kelli O'Hara and Karen Ziemba, as well as Broadway luminaries J. Robert Spencer, Tituss Burgess, Betsy Wolfe, Shoshana Bean, Marc Kudisch, Lacretta, Donna Vivino, and Kristine Zbornik.

"Creating this show over the past decade has been wildly rewarding to my life as an entertainer," Reichard says. "This year's edition will be a collection of new numbers and my 'greatest hits' from previous performances of the show. I don't think I've ever been so excited to do a concert as I am to do this show.."

Christmas at Lincoln Center will offer the opportunity for a wine reception and photo op before both performances for a premium ticket price, courtesy of the boutique winery, Mount Salem Vineyards.
