Dancers Over 40 Take the Stage In WE'RE STILL HERE This Month DANCERS OVER 40 ...and Friends Presents WE'RE STILL HERE! A Song and Dance Concert to Celebrate Dancers Over 40's 25th Anniversary and Broadway Cares/EFA

Monday October 15 at 8 PM St. Luke's Theatre, 308 West 46th Street Tickets: $50, $75; $25 for members of Dancers Over 40 Reservations: Telecharge at 212.239.6200 or www.telecharge.com or the theater box office In a Gala 25th Anniversary Celebration, Dancers Over 40 will present a stellar line-up of veteran Broadway and concert performers and guests, hosted by Loni Ackerman, in a feast of song and dance selections, October 15, 8 PM, at St. Luke's Theatre, 308 West 46th Street.

A wall to wall treat for lovers of dance and musical theater, the evening will be hosted by Loni Ackerman, whose Broadway and touring credits include the title role in "Evita," Norma Desmond in "Sunset Boulevard," "Dames at Sea," and Grizabella in "Cats," in which she sang the famous song Memory.

The evening will merrily roll along with a program including:

** You Gotta Get A Gimmick from Gypsy, performed by Eileen Casey (Pajama Game, Pippin, Dancin', Mame, On the Town) Nancy Dalton (On the Town, Jimmy) Roseanna Mineo (Gypsy, TV's Law and Order)
** Bosom Buddies from Mame Penny Worth (Coco, Annie, Grand Hotel) Carolyn Kirsch (Coco, Company, Chicago)
** Tap Solo by Mary Jane Houdina (Annie, Follies, 42nd Street, Guys and Dolls)
** an original ballet by Lawrence Leritz (Hamburg Ballet, Fonteyn & Nureyev on Broadway, Fiddler on the Roof, Evita)
** Solo by Sasha Spielvogel for Ramon Flowers (Pennsylvania Ballet, Bejart Ballet, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake)
** Dance by Luigi performed by Francis Roach students
** Original work by Claire Porter
** I Am What I Am from La Cage Aux Folles sung by Larry Merritt (Pippin, Applause, On the Town, Dear World)
** Heatwave, choreographed by Christopher J. Anderson) and performed by Crystal Dawn Munkiers (A Chorus Line, Damn Yankees, Into the Woods) with Christopher J. Anderson, Bill Siegfried, Nick Deyo, Chris Layton, Jason Huber, and Jason Sherwood

Dancers over 40 is an all-volunteer, membership-drive non-profit arts organization dedicated to preserving the History, Legacy and Lives of its mature creative community, while sharing their knowledge with the younger generation.
