Damon Wayans, Jr., Kevin Smith & More Set for Carolines On Broadway Next Month

Carolines on Broadway announces its line-up for the month of August 2015, highlighted by headliners Damon Wayans Jr., from FOX's "New Girl" and the film "Let's Be Cops," on August 1; An Evening with Kevin Smith, director of "Clerks" and "Mall Rats," on August 2 and 3; Deon Cole, from MTV2's "Nick Cannon Presents: Wild n Out," ABC's "Black-ish" and the upcoming film "Barber Shop 3," August 6 - 9; Alonzo Bodden, from NBC's "Last Comic Standing" and his Showtime special "Who's Paying Attention?", August 13 - 16; Chris D'Elia, from NBC's "Undateable" and his Netflix special "Incorrigible," August 20 - 23; and J.B. Smoove, from CBS's "The Millers" and HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm," August 27 - 29.

Theme nights in August are Carolines New Talent, featuring the stars of tomorrow - today, on August 4, 10, 11, 24 and 31; Carolines Presents on August 6 and 13; The Happier Hour with Aparna and Friends, hosted by Aparna Nancherla, on July 15; and Jokes on Us, featuring Vladimir Caamano, Anthony DeVito and Matteo Lane, on August 30.

Other shows taking place at Carolines on Broadway in August are Rudy Rush, from Comedy Central and HBO, on August 5; Isiah Kelly, from BET, Comedy Central and Showtime, on August 11; Gary Vider, from NBC's "America's Got Talent," on August 12; The Chlo Show, hosted by Chloe LaBranche, on August 18; and Comics to Watch, presented by the New York Comedy Festival and Comedy Central and hosted by Sam Morril, on August 25.
