Michelle Clunie ("Queer as Folk," US) is set to host 3 CHOICES AWAY…, a one night only concert benefiting the upcoming fall production of METHTACULAR! and presented by kef theatrical productions, at the Middle Collegiate Church (50 East 7th Street @ Second Avenue) tonight, July 29 at 8:00pm. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at www.kefproductions.com or by calling 212-352-3101.

Performers for the concert, in addition to METHTACULAR!'s Steven Strafford, will Tony Award nominee Stephanie D'Abruzzo (AVENUE Q), Becca Ayers (The Addams Family), Morgan Assante, Kristy Cates (WICKED), Patrick Frankfort (BOOTH & PAT), Frances Mercanti-Anthony (DON'T DRESS FOR DINNER), Cindy Cheung ("Lady in the Water") Wade Elkins, Jonathan Whitton, John Berno (EVEN FOR ONE NIGHT), Danielle Grabianowski (MAC and Bistro Award winner), Autumn Hurlbert (LEGALLY BLONDE), Chris Nichols, Isaac Oliver, Michael Pesce and Molly Pope. Music Direction by Matt Vinson.

METHTACULAR!, slated to perform in NYC August 30th – September 23rd at the Playroom Theatre, recently ran in the Cincinnati Fringe Festival where the shown won critical acclaim (including a CityBeat.com Fringe recommendation) and both the Artist Pick of the Fringe Award and the League of Cincinnati Theaters Award for Outstanding Solo Performance. METHTACULAR! is written and performed by Steven Strafford (SPAMALOT) and directed by Adam Fitzgerald (Artistic Director, kef theatrical productions). Through wildly outrageous anecdotes and hilarious song stylings, METHTACULAR! is Steven Strafford's hilarious and harrowing account of his life as a crystal methamphetamine addict in Chicago. Told with humor, grace, panache and perhaps most importantly, with honesty and without fear, METHTACULAR! will make you laugh, cry and laugh again while being taken on a roller coaster ride of humanity.

kef theatrical productions is an artist run company producing exciting and relevant theatrical works. Recent productions include Marisa Wegrzyn's Killing Women, Israela Margalit's First Prize and the critically acclaimed extended run of Michael Puzzo's Lyric is Waiting. Kef also presented Carner and Gregor's "Island Song" with 92YTribeca, "Artists Rising" (a composer/lyricist showcase) at Theatre Row and (as Associate Producer) the Drama Desk Award winning revival of Israel Horovitz' "Lebensraum".
