Conrad Ricamora, Ruthie Ann Miles and More to Join SELECTED SHORTS: GENERATION GAP
Hosted by Wajahat Ali, the event will also feature readings by Rita Wolf and BD Wong.
Just in time for Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Selected Shorts and Asian American Writers' Workshop will join forces to present an evening of Asian American fiction that considers the generational divide.
Join in for funny and insightful stories about family, what is passed down, and what gets lost in translation and time. Hosted by Wajahat Ali, with readings by Ruthie Ann Miles (Here Lies Love), Conrad Ricamora (How to Get Away with Murder), Rita Wolf (The Good Wife), and BD Wong (Awkwafina Is Nora from Queens).
Take great stories by well-known and emerging writers, add captivating actors of stage and screen, and you have Selected Shorts—unforgettable nights of literature in performance.
Selected Shorts: Generation Gap with Wajahat Ali will take place on Wednesday, May 20, at 7pm at Peter Jay Sharp Theatre at Symphony Space. Tickets are priced $19 - 43.
