Tony winner Christian Hoff (Jersey Boys) has joined the cast of FOX-TV's comedy pilot "Hackett," from Sony Pictures TV. Directed by Barry Sonnenfeld, Hoff will star opposite Donal Logue (Hackett) as school vice principal Gary Stankwick, a frustrated writer himself and Hackett's nemesis. The show also stars Rachel Boston and Morgan Murphy.
In addition to starring in "Hackett," Hoff will also continue to portray Tommy DeVito in the hit Broadway phenomenon Jersey Boys, for which he won a Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Musical last year. As the current voice for two American Express commercials, Hoff has recorded two Grammy winning Original cast albums for The Who's Tommy and Jersey Boys, holds the world record for the number of character voices in an audio book and has been in numerous television, big screen and Broadway shows.
