Broadway veteran Matt Doyle (THE BOOK OF MORMON, WAR HORSE, SPRING AWAKENING) will release his first full-length album -- UNCONTROLLED -- on February 26th, 2016. He is thrilled to celebrate the release of the album at Le Poisson Rouge.

In 2011, Matt's first EP, DAYLIGHT, broke the top 40 on the iTunes pop charts. The follow up, CONSTANT, broke the top 25 in 2012. Doyle takes his inspiration from classic folk, blues, and soul artists. His music can be similarly compared to that of Jamie Cullum, Sam Smith, Gavin Degraw, and Adele.

UNCONTROLLED is produced by Derik Lee (Hamilton Cast Recording) and Will Van Dyke (Rent, Kinky Boots). With music and lyrics by Matt Doyle, Uncontrolled was co-written and arranged by Will Van Dyke. Additional tracks were co-written by Joel Huemann, Tina Parole, and Jason Gantt through SONY/ATV Publishing in Nashville, TN.

The release concert will feature some of the finest musicians in New York City, including Alec Berlin (Guitar), Mason Ingram (Drums), Steve Gilewski (Bass), Alison Seidner (Cello), and Will Van Dyke (Piano/Keys). The night will include all of the music featured on the new album.

Tickets: Seated - $35; Standing - $25. For more information, visit lpr.com/lpr_events/matt-doyle-february-29th-2016.
