Broadway understudies, those stars-in-waiting, will take center stage on Monday, July 25th at 8 PM at Ars Nova (511 W. 54th Street).

The third annual Broadway Understudies concert will be presented as part of the Broadway Spotlight series at Ars Nova, and will feature a number of performers who fulfill the nightly (and matinee-ly) task of waiting in the wings--Julie Barnes, Jaclyn Neidenthal and Antonio D'Amato from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Rosena M. Hill from Spamalot, Brad Anderson from All Shook Up, Laura Marie Duncan from Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, David Burnham from The Light in the Piazza and more.

Broadway Spotlight brings bright new stars of the Great White Way to the intimate theater at Ars Nova (511 W. 54th St.).  Curated by Gordon Greenberg, this season's guests have included Jesse Tyler Ferguson (The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), Barrett Foa (Avenue Q), Megan Hilty (Wicked) and Shayna Steele (Hairspray).  This acclaimed monthly event has previously hosted Broadway notables such as Idina Menzel, John Tartaglia, Anthony Rapp, Julia Murney and Billy Porter.

Tickets are $15, and can be ordered by calling SmartTix at 212-868-4444, or visiting www.SmartTix.com.
