TV: THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA Brings Broadway Classics to Bryant Park!

The best of Broadway has been performing FREE on six consecutive Thursdays this summer with '106.7 LITE FM's Broadway in Bryant Park 2016' - a lunchtime series that continued this week, August 11 on the Bryant Park Stage.
This week's final installment included a performance by the Broadway cast of The Phantom of the Opera, including: Laird Mackintosh, Ali Ewoldt, and Jordan Donica. Watch highlights below, as they perform "The Phantom of the Opera," "The Music of the Night," and "All I Ask of You."
Based on the classic novel Le Fantôme de L'Opéra by Gaston Leroux, The Phantom of the Opera tells the story of a masked figure who lurks beneath the catacombs of the Paris Opera House, exercising a reign of terror over all who inhabit it. He falls madly in love with an innocent young soprano, Christine, and devotes himself to creating a new star by nurturing her extraordinary talents and by employing all of the devious methods at his command.
