BroadwayWorld's Richard Ridge was thrilled to sit down and speak with nearly all of this year's Tony Award nominees at the official Tony Brunch on May 2, 2012, and we will be bringing you special coverage on all of them throughout the awards season. Today we bring you Condola Rashad, a nominee for Best Featured Actress in a Play for Stick Fly.

STICK FLY, by Lydia R. Diamond and directed by Kenny Leon, played its final performance at Broadway’s Cort Theatre on Sunday, February 26, 2012 after 24 previews and 92 regular performances. STICK FLY starred Dulé Hill, Mekhi Phifer, Tracie Thoms, Tony Award-winner Ruben Santiago-Hudson, Rosie Benton, and Condola Rashad.

The Tony Awards will be broadcast in a live three-hour ceremony from the Beacon Theatre, on the CBS television network on Sunday, June 10, 2012.
