BWW Poll Results: Voters Want Forrest Gump to Run to Broadway!

Earlier this month, BroadwayWorld reported that movie director Kevin Smith wants to bring his 1994 flim 'Clerks' to the Broadway stage in 2014. If this plan comes to fruition it will join the ranks of Disney's THE LION KING- another successful 1994 film, which opened in back in 1997 and is still running at the Minskoff Theatre.

This brings us to last week's poll... what other 1994 film would You like to see on stage? And your top pick was Forrest Gump (20%), with The Shawshank Redemption coming in second place (13%).
