Following the success of the first SOLO STRIPS this past January BC/EFA and Jerry Mitchell have announced the second edition of which will be directed by longtime BARES favorite Rachelle Rak (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels) and will feature guest vocalist Marty Thomas (Xanadu).

This edition of SOLO STRIPS will feature theatre's hottest men and women. BROADWAY BARES: SOLO STRIPS "AROUND THE WORLD" will give adventuresome New Yorkers a taste of the international buffet Broadway has to offer. Whether it be spicy boys, exotic girls, or steamy dances, "AROUND THE WORLD" will arouse everyone's taste for Broadway's hottest bodies.

BROADWAY BARES executive producer Jerry Mitchell said in a statement, "After the success of the first SOLO STRIPS, we knew we had to get back to Splash for a second edition. And just like the second edition of BROADWAY BARES in 1993, I knew we had to invite some of the sexy ladies of Broadway to help us out. I can't wait to see what my good friend Rachelle Rak brings to the stage on April 11 and after my long stay in London, I'm fully expecting to see every single one of my BROADWAY BARES friends at Splash: cocktail in one hand and wads of dollar bills in the other as we get one step closer to our $1 million fundraising goal."

Tickets are now on sale for BROADWAY BARES: SOLO STRIPS "AROUND THE WORLD" at http://broadwaybares.com/solostrip.html. If tickets are still available, day of the event, they will be sold at Splash on a first-come, first-serve basis starting one hour before the show.

All tickets are $10 and will benefit BC/EFA. There will be two performances (8 PM and 10 PM) at Splash (50 West 17th Street). Doors will open one hour prior to each show.
