From their first LP in 1973, to their powerful stage presence today, the Marshall Tucker Band has played countless concert venues around the world.

Years of rigorous tour schedules earned the band the respect of critics and countless dedicated fans. With hit singles like "Heard It In a Love Song," "Fire On The Mountain," "Can't You See," and "Take The Highway," The Marshall Tucker Band earned seven gold and three platinum albums while they were on the Capricorn Records label. During the 90's, the MTB scored four hit singles on Billboard's country chart and one on Billboard's gospel chart. Their music has also been featured on the soundtracks of movies such as Smokey and the Bandit, The Pursuit of D.B. Cooper, and Shipwrecked.

The Marshall Tucker Band got its start in Spartanburg, S.C. when Gray teamed up with Tommy Caldwell and Toy Caldwell, Paul T. Riddle, George McCorkle and Jerry Eubanks, borrowing the name "Marshall Tucker" from a piano tuner who's name was found on a key ring in their old rehearsal space. In 1972, they signed with Capricorn Records, the same label that guided The Allman Brothers Band, Wet Willie, and others to national fame. The MTB opened shows for The Allman Brothers in 1973, and the following year, they began to headline their own shows across America due to the platinum-plus sales of their debut album.

In years to come, The Marshall Tucker Band would wow critics and influence major country acts like Alabama, The Kentucky Headhunters, Confederate Railroad, and Travis Tritt with its definitive blend of rock, rhythm & blues, jazz, country, and gospel. Now, thanks to the expanding scope of today's music, a new generation of fans is learning what the rest of their fans have known for so long- that good music knows no boundaries.

The Rising is a brotherhood of friends, some with ties that date back nearly two decades. Much like Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band, they take the stage more like a gang, than a band. They collectively roll up their sleeves and go to work, night, after night. They were all cut from the worn denim of blue collar towns, and paid musical dues playing dive bars, and juke joints. What you hear is the musical truth. What you see is the embodiment of friendship, and what you feel is the 'spiritual healing", that can only be supplied by a great rock n roll band.
The word "tribute" is defined by websters as such:
3. Something given, done, or said to show gratitude, honor, to praise.
Honor must come with responsibility, and that responsibility is to maintain the honor you bestow. It would be easier to kind of, sort of care, or take a bunch of short cuts, and pretend you are respecting an artist, and more importantly their fans. The Rising does not pretend.
Their passion is real. Their talent is real. Their blood, sweat, and tears are real. There are no pre-recorded tracks, or pretend playing. There is no make-up, or make believe voices. The band uses all of it's collective power to hold true to the artistic vision, to both honor the artist, and the fans.
Performing songs spanning the nearly five decades of Bruce Springsteen's catalogue; from "Greetings From Asbury Park" through Springsteen's 2009 release "Working On A Dream", they deliver each song with the same power, heart, and soul as Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band.

The Soft Parade is revered worldwide as THE premiere Doors tribute show. They recreate, with stunning accuracy, the primal, poetic atmosphere of a vintage Doors concert. The Soft Parade has toured 20 countries, been joined onstage by original Doors guitarist Robby Krieger and has performed hundreds of concerts worldwide. Their impeccable reputation and loyal international following has enabled them this year to celebrate their 20th Anniversary.
The Soft Parade was formed in 1990 by lead vocalist Joe Russo. His goal was to re-create - for today's audiences - the theatrical, poetic, primal atmosphere of a live Doors concert.
He has succeeded. The Soft Parade stands as the most fascinating, convincing example of a tribute performance there could ever be.
Seeing The Soft Parade is like reliving the legendary concerts Jim Morrison and The Doors performed over 30 years ago. The Soft Parade is internationally recognized as one of the most authentic, realistic tribute bands working today. From the vintage musical instruments and sound equipment right down to stage clothing and hairstyles - watching The Soft Parade is as close to seeing the Doors as anyone can possibly get.
The show is so hauntingly authentic that critics and fans continually use words like "eerie" and "chilling" to define the experience. The NEW YORK TIMES summed their impressions by saying, "The Soft Parade's show is so eerily convincing, often causing the audience to temporarily suspend it's disbelief".
But the excitement of The Soft Parade must be seen.

The emergence of R&B singer Jay Sean looks set to redefine the UK's urban music rulebook. As the UK's first Asian crossover superstar, Sean has already tasted chart success with the slick anthem Dance With You (Nachna Tere Naal). But what makes Jay Sean such an exciting musical proposition is that as a UK born and bred artist his unique appeal is that he fuses 'Desi' rhythms with a credible R&B sensibility to produce a thoroughly authentic sound. With the highly-contagious Eyes On You already dominating radio nationally, Sean's eagerly-awaited debut album has garnered positive critical anticipation from both the streets and the broadsheets in equal measure. It's not everyday you come across an urban music singer who includes punk and stadium rock as important to his musical upbringing as hip hop and R&B.

Formed some six and a half decades ago, and respected as an indisputable musical treasure, The Blind Boys of Alabama are the Iron Men of the music industry. They predate Elvis, Little Richard and Al Green, yet even in their 70s they are still at the top of the gospel charts and have won an impressive four consecutive Grammy Awards. Recently inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame, The Blind Boys have proven themselves masters of bringing out the most spiritual aspects of mainstream music, while at the same time bringing the music of the church house straight to the roadhouse.
