A Masked Thief At SLEEP NO MORE? Is Everyone A Suspect?
With audience members required to wear identical white masks, it might be difficult to identify a pickpocket at Punchdrunk's hit immersive theatre production, Sleep No More.
In fact, as reported in the New York Times, when recent attendee Charlie Pflaumer noticed his wallet missing during the performance, was wasn't sure whether or not it was part of the show.
"I felt someone's hand touch my hand," he says. "I thought it was a performer."
