On Tuesday May 24, the 92nd Street Y Tribeca will host BILLY ELLIOT: SONGS AND TALK-BACK WITH THE CAST from 12-1pm. Two stars of the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical Billy Elliot will talk about what it's like to bring to life the story of a young man who stumbles out of the boxing ring and into a ballet class, discovering a surprising talent that changes his life forever. The actors playing Billy and his teacher sing some of the tunes that inspired The New York Post to call Billy Elliot Elton John's "best score yet."

Jacob Clemente ("Billy"): At 12 years old, Jacob is the youngest "Billy" to take the Broadway stage. Like his character, Jacob is a dancer who comes from a family of miners. He started dancing when he was 7 years old and prior to Billy Elliot, he appeared on Broadway with Patti LuPone in Gypsy.

Liz Pearce ("Mrs. Wilkenson," Billy's ballet teacher): Billy Elliot is Liz's Broadway debut. Previous credits include "Audrey" in Little Shop of Horrors, "Peter" in Peter Pan, "Emma" in Jekyll & Hyde and "Mrs. Walker" in Tommy.

Tickets to the event are $16. For more information, visit www.92YTribeca.org.
