The production follows Rose Grey as she prepares to say a final goodbye to The Lark, a small inner-city Melbourne pub facing demolition, where a lifetime of memories — both bitter and sweet — threaten to hold her in the past. The Lark is the second collaboration between Hazlehurst, Keene, and Scholten, following their award-winning 2015 production Mother, and explores themes of life, death, and change through straightforward storytelling.
