Noni Hazlehurst stars in The Lark, a one-woman show written by Daniel Keene and directed by Matt Scholten, making its South Australian premiere at Adelaide Festival Centre's Space Theatre. The production follows Rose Grey as she prepares to say a final goodbye to The Lark, a small inner-city Melbourne pub facing demolition, where a lifetime of memories — both bitter and sweet — threaten to hold her in the past. The Lark is the second collaboration between Hazlehurst, Keene, and Scholten, following their award-winning 2015 production Mother, and explores themes of life, death, and change through straightforward storytelling.
