Opening Up - Music Theatre Camp Showcase at Michael Murray Performing Arts Centre - Westminster School

Experience the sheer magic of music theatre as Pelican Productions proudly presents OPENING UP – Music Theatre Camp at Westminster School’s Michael Murray Performing Arts Centre from 19 – 21 January 2024.

Featuring 400 young performers aged 7-20 years, OPENING UP is an explosion of song, dance and pure joy, includes an uplifting, heart-warming, and thoroughly entertaining program of new and old favourites with songs from Waitress, Wicked, Disney’s Descendants, Les Misérables, Chicago, A Chorus Line, Newsies, Billy Elliot, andThe Boy From Oz.

A star-studded addition to the cast is the return of esteemed Pelican alum, Baylie Carson who is straight off the London stage where they made their West End debut as Six the Musical’s Anne Boleyn. Joining Baylie, local talents Zali Sedgman and Amy Gallery also feature as guest performers.

OPENING UP performances are on Friday 19 January, 7.30 pm, Saturday 20 January 2 pm and 7.30 pm and Sunday 21 January 11 am, 3 pm and 7.30 pm. Tickets are on sale through www.pelicanproductions.com.au - Adults $40, Concession $35 and Children $30.
