It was announced today by Lateral Events that tickets for Brian Cox - Making Sense of the Cosmos will go on sale on Monday 19 May. British particle physicist Professor Brian Cox is returning to tour Australia in October 2014 in a new stage presentation following the sell-out success of Cox's 2013 Australian tour Brian Cox - A Scientific Phenomena.
Adelaide International Guitar Festival Announces Full Program

Galleon Theatre Group proudly presents an Australian premiere of Loves & Hours, written by Stephan Metcalfe and directed by Eric Strauts. A preview performance on May 21 will be followed by an opening on May 22. The show will run through May 31 with performances at 8:00pm, as well as a 2:00pm matinee performance on May 31. All performances will be at The Domain Theatre in the Marion Cultural Centre in Oaklands Park.

Purchased for $4.5 million at at Sotheby's Impressionist and Modern Art auction in New York, it is the Gallery's most significant acquisition to date.

Independent Theatre began its theatrical life at the Adelaide Fringe in 1984, and celebrates its 30th birthday this year. To start the year, it is mounting Bernard Shaw's seldom-seen, but scintillatingly topical political comedy, CAESAR AND CLEOPATRA, about the aging Julius Caesar's attempts to educate Egypt's 16-year-old queen in the politics of power. Their relationship is very like that of Shaw's Henry Higgins and Eliza Doolittle.
