STAGE TUBE: Sneak Peek - Episode 9 Brings New Challenges to SURVIVOR SOUTH PACIFIC on CBS
Episode 9 of CBS' SURVIVOR: SOUTH PACIFIC airs this Wednesday at 8/7c, on CBS.
The competition began with Eighteen castaways who have competed on SURVIVOR: SOUTH PACIFIC all season on the Emmy Award-winning series. This season brought the game-changing element, Redemption Island. The 18 castaways were divided into two Tribes of nine: the Savaii Tribe and the Upolu Tribe, named after the two islands of Samoa. The tribes were comprised of individuals from all different backgrounds with the same ultimate goal: to be the Sole Survivor. While 16 of the contestants are new to the competition, two are former castaways who have returned to seek Redemption. In the end, only one will remain to claim the million dollar prize and title of Sole Survivor. The show is hosted by Emmy Award winner Jeff Probst.
