The critically-acclaimed Everett Dance Theatre takes audiences on a journey into the universe’s most complex structure: the human brain, in all its mystery and beauty. With current neuroscience research as its inspiration, Brain Storm combines striking physicality, poetic imagery, and compelling real-life stories. Informed by interviews with leading brain scientists, as well as a two-year residency at a facility for brain injury, Brain Storm dramatizes what neuroscience has to tell us about our thoughts, actions, and desires—and provides humor and insight as it ponders what the coming “neuro-revolution” may have in store.
