Rogue Shakespeare are delighted to announce the transfer of Ryan J-W Smith's multiple award-winning verse comedy, MacDeth! (MacBeth Gone Wrong) - transferring from The Cockpit (final shows Aug. 25-27) to the King's Head Theatre where it will run September 3-10 at 9.30pm (70 mins, no interval).

Among the current cast of MacDeth! you'll find New Zealand TV star Tyler Read. Tyler is best know for playing the role of 'Evan Cooper' in New Zealand's most watched TV series Shortland Street, in which he starred for 4 years. Rogue Shakespeare are delighted to welcome Evan, along with all the other amazing new cast members that join Artistic Director Ryan J-W Smith on stage for all the fun.

While MacBeth might have 'gone wrong', it's all going right for Smith! MacDeth!, Smith's 5th verse play, received nothing but glowing adulation from critics and audiences at its world premiere at the recent 2016 Hollywood Fringe winning the coveted International Award for best international show; an Encore! Producers' Award and also being nominated for the Hollywood Fringe Comedy Award.

MacDeth! also thrilled audiences at the Headliners Comedy Club this past weekend. More dates and venues expected soon - for now, catch the last few shows of MacDeth! at The Cockpit this Aug 25-27 @9pm, or book to see MacDeth! when it transfers to the King's Head Theatre running September 3-10 at 9.30pm.
