One of the most highly regarded choirs in the world, the Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir won a Grammy Award for Best Choral Performance in 2006 for their album Da Pacem.

Founded in 1981 by Artistic Director and Honorary Conductor Tõnu Kaljuste, the Choir’s repertoire extends from Gregorian chant and baroque to 21st-century music. It places a special emphasis on works by Estonian composers with the aim to introduce Estonian music to international audiences.
Touring regularly throughout Europe, the US, Canada and Japan, the Choir is a regular fixture at numerous music festivals and events including the BBC Proms, Hong Kong Arts Festival, Salzburg Festspiele and Festival Aix–en–Provence. It has also performed in prestigious music venues such as the Sydney Opera House and the Wiener Konzerthaus in Vienna. The Choir has also won three gold medals and the Grand Prix at the 2001 Takarazuka Chamber Choir Competition in Japan, and has received 15 Grammy nominations over a range of choral and classical categories since 1993.
The Choir presents a performance that includes motets by Johann Sebastian Bach and Johannes Brahms, chansons by Claude Debussy, and works by prominent Estonian composers, Veljo Tormis and Arvo Pärt.
