Horton Foote's The Roads To Home opened last night at the Cherry Lane Theatre and Broadwayworld was there for the festivities.  The Roads To Home is a Primary Stages production in association with Catherine Adler and Jamie deRoy. It's run has been extended throughSunday, November 27, 2016.

Primary Stages announced their upcoming 32nd Season on March 14 at a champagne reception celebrating the Centennial of the birth of late Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright and Primary Stages collaborator, Horton Foote.

La Jolla Playhouse presents An Iliad, a one-man adaptation of Homer's classic tale, adapted by Denis O'Hare (Tony Award-winning actor in Take Me Out) and Lisa Peterson (director of The Playhouse's Surf Report and Be Aggressive), based on a translation by Robert Fagles, directed by Lisa Peterson. A co-production with Berkeley Repertory Theatre, An Iliad features Henry Woronicz as the "Poet," with Brian Ellingsen as the "Musician" and runs now through September 9 in the Mandell Weiss Forum. Kandis Chappell and Melanie Lora take on the celebrated roles of Professor Ruth Steiner and Lisa Morrison in Donald Margulies? Collected Stories at South Coast Repertory. Margulies? Pulitzer Prize-nominated play about two women writers at opposite stages of their careers is one of SCR?s best-known commissions and has achieved worldwide success. Directed by Artistic Director Martin Benson, Collected Stories will run from May 15 through June 14, 2009 on the Segerstrom Stage. Low-priced previews are available from May 15 through May 21. Opening night is May 22. On November 7th, Primary Stages held its 21st Anniversary Gala honoring Tony Award-winning Choreographer and Director, Susan Stroman at Tavern On The Green. On hand for the festivities were Nathan Lane, Charles Grodin, Karen Ziemba, Boyd Gaines and many more.
