MCC THEATER has announced the final production of its four-show 2015-16 Main Stage Season, which runs August 2015 through June 2016. Playwright Halley Feiffer (I'm Gonna Pray For You So Hard) will make her MCC Theater debut with her play A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Gynecologic Oncology Unit at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center of New York City. Trip Cullman returns to direct after helming this season's critically acclaimed hit Punk Rock. Full details below. The Bad Guys will feature Michael Braun (War Horse), Roe Hartrampf (Unnatural Acts), James McMenamin (Suicide, Incorporated), Tobias Segal (The Miracle Worker) and Raviv Ullman (Russian Transport). Barb finds out that Buddhist monks in Thailand only own eight things and wonders if that is all she wants. She starts giving away her things, but her husband Bob keeps buying her new ones. Donna wants Carla Carla to marry her, but Carla Carla doesn't like that Donna smokes. Nick falls in love with a shark at the aquarium. It could only be Swimming in the Shallows by Adam Bock, a comedy with a bite. Kitchen Theatre Company is trying to stop laughing long enough to say that the production is opening for previews on April 29, with the press opening on May 2 and performances through May 17.
