It's been a Devious two years at Lifetime and the network is set to get even more Devious in 2015. Lifetime has renewed its hit series Devious Maids (#DeviousMaids, #DeviousArmy) for a third season, placing a 13-episode order for the program executive produced by Marc Cherry and Eva Longoria, and starring Ana Ortiz, Dania Ramírez, Roselyn Sánchez, Edy Ganem, Judy Reyes and Susan Lucci. Three numbers have been shown: 'I Don't Know How To Love Him', staring Negra Li, 'Gethesemade', presented by Igor Ricki in the role of Jesus Christ, and the hit 'Superstar', with Alirio Neto and all the company. The portuguese version was made by Luciano Andreys and Bianca Tadini. Wellington Nogueira as Herod and Fred Silveira as Pilate also deserve attention. Both of them are great in their roles. When my Mom goes to see shows of mine that are on the edgy or weirder side she inevitably comes back with the comment, "That was interesting" afterward. Translation: not my thing and a little too weird. I, on the other hand, like a little weird in my theater especially when it culminates into a good message or "aha!" moment at the end. But while I was on board through Act One with the message and imagery in "Marisol", the inaugural production from newly hatched theater company The Collision Project, Act Two led me into a melange of overdone messages and just became kind of "interesting" for me.
