Good morning, BroadwayWorld! Because we know all our readers eat, sleep and breathe Broadway, what could be better than waking up to it? This weekend's big news: WIESENTHAL begins tonight at Theatre Row, PHANTOM opens its new pop-up shop today, and THE LAST SHIP sails to Broadway this Sunday!

The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust has announced the 2014-2015 Know The Show Before You Go program schedule for the 2014-2015 PNC Broadway Across America-Pittsburgh Series. Hosted by Christopher Rawson, senior theater critic for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and KDKA-TV, this program allows patrons to gain deeper insight on each production that graces the Pittsburgh stage this Broadway season. PNC Broadway across America-Pittsburgh is a presentation of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, Broadway Across America and Pittsburgh Symphony.

Paper Mill Playhouse will open its 2014-2015 season with a Broadway-bound, world-class revival of Can-Can starring Kate Baldwin as Pistache and Jason Danieley as Aristide. Can-Can will play the Millburn, New Jersey, theater from tonight, October 1 through October 26, 2014. The official press opening night is Sunday, October 5, at 7:00pm.

BroadwayWorld.com has confirmed the sad news this morning that actress Victoria Mallory died on August 30, 2014 after a battle with pancreatic cancer. She leaves behind her husband (and former A Little Night Music co-star) Mark Lambert, and daughter Ramona Mallory Lambert, also an actress.

Goodspeed Musicals has announced that designer Mark Adam Rampmeyer has joined the organization as the Costume Rental Manager. Lionel Bart's chirpy old musical hasn't been seen in New York since a short-lived 1983 production starring Patti LuPone. It's said to be Mackintosh's favorite musical, and it's how he got his start in the theater. 'Oliver!' played the New Theatre in London in 1960, and a teenage Mackintosh got a job polishing the brass railing in the theater lobby.'
