Filled with a hit parade of songs like “Lullaby of Broadway,” “We’re in the Money,” “Shuffle Off to Buffalo” and of course, “42nd Street,” it will leave you tapping your toes, with a smile on your face and a song in your heart. Pearl Theatre Company Finds Home on 42nd Street

Continuing its reinvigoration, The Pearl Theatre Company has signed a 20-year lease on 555 West 42nd Street, the venue recently vacated by Signature Theatre Company, J.R. Sullivan, The Pearl's Artistic Director, announced today. The Pearl will inaugurate its permanent home with its 29th season, beginning this fall. Denham Wolf, a firm specializing in providing real estate services to cultural and other nonprofit organizations, served as The Pearl's broker and consultant in this transaction.

The musical is being directed by Gabrielle L. Kurlander, whose production Playing With Heiner Müller received a 2011 Vivian Robinson/AUDELCO Recognition Award For Excellence in Black Theatre for outstanding ensemble performance. Musical direction is by David Belmont, choreography by Lonné Moretton. The Castillo Theatre is located at 543 West 42nd Street, between 10th and 11th Avenues.
