The Playwrights Realm will present the annual INK'D Reading Festival from May 12 through May 15 at The Studio Theatre at Cherry Lane Theatre (38 Commerce Street). The 2014 festival features the plays of Elizabeth Irwin (My Mañana Comes), Lila Rose Kaplan (123), Jason Gray Platt (The There There) and Amelia Roper (Lottie in the Late Afternoon). As previously announced, My Mañana Comes will receive a full production at The Peter Jay Sharp Theater (416 West 42nd Street) from August 26 to September 20, 2014.

On Monday, March 10, 2014, the League of Professional Theatre Women (LPTW), a not-for-profit organization committed to promoting visibility and increasing opportunities for women in the professional theatre, is pleased to recognize the talents of six outstanding women: Zoe Caldwell, Judith Dolan, Joanna Sherman, Sondra Gorney, Meiyin Wang and Katherine Kovner. The awards will be presented at the League's 2014 Awards Celebration & Big Mingle Reception to be held at 6:30 pm on Monday, March 10 at The Irene Diamond Stage (The Pershing Square Signature Center, 480 West 42nd Street) featuring emcee Tamara Tunie.
Pianist Lang Lang returns to Carnegie Hall's Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage on Tuesday, February 4 at 8:00 p.m., for his first solo recital at Carnegie Hall since May 2012. The program includes three of Mozart's piano sonatas: No. 5 in G Major, No. 4 in E-flat Major, and No. 8 in A Minor. Also on the program are Chopin's complete ballades-No. 1 in G Minor, Op. 23, No. 2 in F Major, Op. 38, No. 3 in A-flat Major, Op. 47, and No. 4 in F Minor, Op. 52.

Closely related to Shakespeare's As You Like It, like Rosalind, Maija dons a variety of 'masks' in her effort to trick the man of her dreams into falling in love with her.
