Banana Boat Productions and New Perspectives Theatre Company (NPTC) will present WOMEN IN TRANSITION, two plays by the prolific Zeno Obi Constance, Trinidadian author of Banana Boat and NPTC's acclaimed production of The Ritual. This new co-production runs October 26 to November 6, 2011 at New Perspectives Studio, 458 West 37th Street, with performances Wednesday through Saturday at 8:00pm and Sundays at 3:00pm.

As BroadwayWorld reported earlier this week, Mark Rylance will likely bring JERUSALEM back to the UK this fall, but the Tony winner is also hoping to make an appearance at Shakespeare's Globe, according to Whatsonstage.com. Rylance plans to bring back an all-male version of Twelfth Night, which he starred in in 2002.

JERUSALEM originally opened at The Royal Court Theatre in July, 2009 with critics praising Jez Butterworth for his beautiful and comic elegy for a disappearing way of life in rural England and actor Mark Rylance, who was lauded as delivering one of the great stage performances of our time. The production played an extended sold out run at the Royal Court, before moving to the Apollo Theatre in the West End in January, 2010, where it received an unprecedented set of five-star reviews from 12 London newspapers.
