Bock's 'The Drunken City' with Foa & Dizzia Begins March 13

Playwrights Horizons has announced full casting of the New York City Premiere of The Drunken City, a new play by 2007 Obie Award winner Adam Bock. Directed by Trip Cullman The Drunken City will begin previews on Thursday, March 13 with an official opening on Wednesday, March 26 at 7PM. Performances will continue through Sunday, April 20 at Playwrights Horizons' Peter Jay Sharp Theater

Two New Operas Premiere at NYFOS March 11 & 13

New York Festival of Song (NYFOS) continues its 20th Anniversary season by presenting Bastianello and Lucrezia, two newly commissioned comic operas by composers John Musto and William Bolcom with libretti by Mark Campbell. The concerts will take place on Tuesday, March 11 and Thursday, March 13 at 8PM, Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, West 57th Street and 7th Avenue.

Tony Walton Design/Directs 'Devil's Disciple' at Irish Rep

Charlotte Moore and Ciaran O'Reilly continue The Irish Repertory Theatre's twentieth season with George Bernard Shaw's The Devil's Disciple, directed by Tony Walton. Performances begin Wednesday, December 5, 2007 and will perform through January 27, 2008. The official opening will be on Thursday, December 13, 2007. The Irish Repertory Theatre is located at 132 West 22nd St.

Stadelmann Replaces Marshall-Green in 'Rag and Bone'

Due to a scheduling conflict, Logan Marshall-Green has dropped out of the upcoming production of Rag and Bone at Rattlestick Playwrights Theater. Replacing him is Matthew Stadelmann. Performances will now begin Tuesday, November 13, 2007. Opening night is Tuesday, November 20 at 7PM. The show will run through Sunday, December 16, 2007.
