National Comedy Theatre (NCT), San Diego's professional Improv Comedy Theatre - teetering on the brink of their 5,000th show in town - brings couples together with a special "House of Cards" show in honor of Valentine's Day. Tickets are now available for the annual "House of Cards" performances on Saturday, Feb 11 at 7:30 p.m. and 9:45 p.m., 3717 India Street in the Mission Hills neighborhood of San Diego.

Take the pressure off Valentine's Day by sharing your favorite activity with your partner.

Well, your second favorite activity.

LAUGHING!

NCT's House of Cards Valentine's celebration is structured with two parts to guarantee those comic moments with your loved one...

PART 1 - The Set Up...

The talented NCT cast will interview a random couple from the audience. The cast will then reenact significant scenes from their life together. First meeting...first date...wedding...mortifying moments....you get the idea. NCT cast members pull out all the stops to ensure the authentic reenactment of the couple's significant milestones.

PART 2 - Judgement in Comedy Court...

The second half of the evening brings our couples into NCTs "Comedy Court." Here, they will have the opportunity to "sue" their significant other for pet peeves. Past suable offenses have included the alleged incapacity of a girlfriend to make a sandwich properly (as shared by her true love.) Or the alleged desire of a gentleman to BUILD all of their furniture instead of buying it - as accused by his fiancee. The cast treats these alleged offenses with the seriousness they deserve - acting as the lawyers, judge, bailiff and witnesses. The audience plays the ultimate role as the JURY during Comedy Court.
