Diversionary Theatre's production of Marry Me ALittle, featuring the songs of Stephen Sondheim, officially opened at Diversionary Theatre on September 7, 2013.

As our community embraces and celebrates marriage equality for all, this is the perfect time for Diversionary to explore relationships from different perspectives. Our production will present the show in repertory with the story told from the alternating perspectives of two men, two women, and a man and a woman.

The rotating cast Includes Stewart Calhoun, Jacob Caltrider, Sarah Errington, andMitzi Michaels. Diversionary's production is directed by the Craig Noel Award-winningJames Vásquez.

From the master songwriter of our time, Stephen Sondheim, comes a timely exploration of love, loneliness, marriage and relationships. Using a treasure trove of songs originally written for Follies, A Little Night Music, Company and other Sondheim favorites, the musical tells the story of two lonely young people who dream and ponder their lives in and out of love. The show was conceived and developed by Craig Lucas & Norman Rene.

The creative team for Diversionary Theatre's production of Marry Me a Little includes:Tony Houck (Music Director) James Vásquez & Bret Young (Scenic Design), Kevin Anthenill (Sound Design) Luke Olson (Lighting) Shirley Pierson (Costumes), David Medina (Props), Ryan Heath (Production Stage Manger), Avalon Middleton (Stage Manager), Bret Young (Producing Director), And John E. Alexander (Executive Director).
