The story centers around Tommy Walker, a young boy who experiences a traumatic event that renders him deaf, mute, and blind. Withdrawn from the world, Tommy retreats into a world of his own imagination. The musical follows his journey as he encounters various colorful characters, some helpful, others manipulative, who shape his experiences.
