Nancy Kulkarni (Cello)
Nancy Kulkarni has been playing dhrupad on the cello for the past three decades under the guidance of the renowned brothers Zia Mohiuddin and Zia Fariduddin Dagar, and Dr. Ritwik Sanyal. Before pursuing dhrupad, she was Co-Principal Cellist of the Rome Festival Orchestra. Nancy has several commercial albums to her credit and regularly participates in dhrupad festivals and lecture/demonstrations in USA and India.
Brij Narayan (Sarod)
Son and disciple of the sarangi maestro Ram Narayan, Brij Narayan also received guidance from his uncle, the eminent tabla player Chatur Lal and the legendary sarod maestro Ali Akbar Khan. As a senior sarod player, he has had an impressive career, being a classical musician, performing for international festivals and films as well as participating in several international projects.
