Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival has announced the complete principal casts, creative teams, and events planned for the previously announced summer season.
Theatre Philadelphia will present the return of Philly Theatre Week featuring 100+ theatrical performances and events across the region between March 23 to April 2, 2023.
Quintessence Theatre Group, Philadelphia's professional classic repertory theatre, begins Season XIII: Celebrating the Extraordinary with Eugène Ionesco’s The Chairs. Directed by Quintessence’s Artistic Director Alexander Burns, The Chairs, full of absurdist philosophy, witty wordplay and slapstick comedy runs through October 23. Quintessence Theatre Group, Philadelphia's professional classic repertory theatre, continues Season XII: Breaking the Cycle with repertory productions of William Shakespeare’s genre-defying romance The Winter’s Tale and Ben Jonson’s satirical farce The Alchemist. By popular demand, the repertory has officially been extended through April 24th.
