Just last night, Manhattan Concert Productions (MCP) presented the 25th Anniversary concert performance of Gershwin's Tony Award-winning musical comedy Crazy for You, at David Geffen Hall, Lincoln Center.

This weekend Manhattan Concert Productions (MCP) will present the 25th Anniversary concert performance of Gershwin's Tony Award-winning musical comedy Crazy for You, on February 19, 2017 at 8:00 p.m. at David Geffen Hall, Lincoln Center.

One of the most daring and innovative musicals of all time launches The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis' 50th anniversary season. Follies, with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, book by James Goldman and directed by Rob Ruggiero, opened September 7 and runs through October 2 on the Browning Mainstage of the Loretto-Hilton Center for the Performing Arts. 'The Oz Project' is a love letter to THE WIZARD OF OZ and THE WIZ created by some of their diehard fans at heart. The stories are interwoven as the two classic versions are combined through their well-loved scores, and sung by some of the greatest voices on Broadway.

The Encores! production of DO I HEAR A WALTZ?, the romantic, rarely-seen 1965 musical that marked the only collaboration of Richard Rodgers and Stephen Sondheim, stars Claybourne Elder, Melissa Errico, Sarah Hunt, Zachary Infante, Cass Morgan, Richard Poe, Michael Rosen, Sarah Stiles, and Richard Troxell.

Next up in the Encores! season is Do I Hear a Waltz?, the romantic, rarely-seen 1965 musical that marked the only collaboration of Richard Rodgers and Stephen Sondheim. Do I Hear a Waltz? will star Claybourne Elder, Melissa Errico, Sarah Hunt, Zachary Infante, Cass Morgan, Richard Poe, Michael Rosen, Sarah Stiles, and Richard Troxell. The ensemble includes Kristine Bendul, Paloma Garcia-Lee, Jenny Laroche, Jennifer Locke, Nathan Madden, Skye Mattox, Devin Roberts, Manny Stark, and Alex Wong.

Japan can't get enough of PRINCE OF BROADWAY (see video below), and that's too bad, because there are just five performances left at Osaka's Umeda Arts Theatre. On opening night, after a solid ten minutes of applause after the final curtain, Prince and the rest of the creative team went out one more time. Despite the show's success overseas, an official announcement has not yet been made regrading a run on Broadway... but that hasn't kept us from wondering. So what's next for PRINCE? We're keeping our appendages crossed for an announcement soon and we'll keep you posted with updates!
