Nationally syndicated morning talk show “Live with Kelly and Ryan” announces the lineup of guests appearing on the show the week of Dec. 9-13.

The nonprofit Sundance Institute announced today the showcase of new independent feature films selected across all categories for the 2020 Sundance Film Festival. The Festival hosts screenings in Park City, Salt Lake City and at Sundance Mountain Resort, from January 23a?"February 2, 2020. The Sundance Film Festival is Sundance Institute's flagship public program, widely regarded as the largest American independent film festival and attended by more than 120,000 people and 1,300 accredited press, and powered by more than 2,000 volunteers last year.

America Ferrera (Superstore, Ugly Betty) and Danai Gurira (The Walking Dead, Black Panther) will announce the nominees for the 26th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards(R) on Wednesday, December 11 at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, producers for the SAG Awards(R) announced today. On Sunday night, the winners of the 2019 Imagen Awards were unveiled with Anthony Ramos, Rita Moreno, and John Leguizamo taking home trophies. Ramos won the Best Actor - Feature film award for starring in Monsters and Men, Moreno won for her role on the acclaimed comedy One Day at a Time, and John Leguizamo's Road to Broadway won Best Documentary - " Great Performances.

The "I Have A Dream" Foundation - Los Angeles (IHADLA) is holding their 6th Annual Dreamer Dinner on Sunday, March 31, 2019 at The Skirball Cultural Center. This event honors those who inspire hopes and dreams for Los Angeles underserved youth and their families, showcasing the work being done by IHADLA to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty through education, empowerment and opportunity. The host for the evening will once again be actress & comedian Melissa Peterman ("Baby Daddy," "Reba") in her sixth turn as emcee for the event. Actor Cory Tucker has joined the cast of best-selling author James Patterson's interactive new thriller “The Chef” which was released exclusively on Facebook Messenger as part digital novel and part movie on October 30, 2018.  Cory stars as the lead character in the role of Caleb J. Rooney a New Orleans “police detective by day, celebrity food truck chef by night.”

Actor, producer and activist Wilmer Valderrama will headline The ALMAs 2018, a live, televised special celebrating the contributions of Latino artists and influencers. It was also announced today that this year's honorees will include actress and philanthropist Eva Longoria and the cast of Jane the Virgin, including actors Gina Rodriguez, Jaime Camil and Andrea Navedo. Additionally, Parkland survivor and activist Samantha Fuentes and Zero Hour founder Jamie Margolin have been named Trailblazer honorees. Last night, the 13th Annual NBCUniversal SHORT FILM FESTIVAL, which celebrates diverse stories while finding the next generation of storytellers, honored its six finalist films and filmmakers with a finale screening and awards ceremony at the Directors Guild of America in Hollywood.
