The Tony Awards have announced the line-up of stars who will take the stage at the 68th Annual Tony Awards. The 2014 Tony Awards will broadcast live from Radio City Music Hall in New York City, on CBS, on Sunday, June 8th 8:00 - 11:00 p.m. (ET/PT time delay) and are presented by The Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing.

On Tuesday evening, 9-time Tony award winner Tommy Tune hosted a dinner for the musical After Midnight to celebrate their 7 Tony Award nominations at his home on the Upper East Side. According to The New York Times, the American Theater Wing, one of the lead organizations behind the Tony Awards, is proposing to stop selling Tony medallion trophies to investors who back Broadway shows.

Goodspeed Musicals is delighted to announce that Tony, Grammy and Pulitzer Prize winner Sheldon Harnick will be the latest recipient of The Goodspeed Award for Outstanding Contribution to Musical Theatre. Over the years Mr. Harnick's work has been represented on the Goodspeed stage with Fiorello! (1985), She Loves Me (1978), The Apple Tree (1999), and this summer's 50th Anniversary production of Fiddler on the Roof at the Goodspeed Opera House. The award will be presented by longtime friend and star of stage and screen, two time Tony Award-winner Tony Roberts (Broadway's Promises, Promises; They're Playing Our Song; Victor/Victoria; Cabaret).

The Tony race for Best Leading Actress in a Musical is a tight one this year, with five Broadway powerhouses earning well-deserved nods- Sutton Foster, Kelli O'Hara, Mary Bridget Davies, Idina Menzel, and Jessie Mueller. All of the leading ladies gave standout performances this season, but what roles would they like to see each other in the next time around?
