Earlier this week, the cast and creative team of the Tony Award-nominated smash hit Broadway musical After Midnight welcomed back Grammy Award-winner Fantasia Barrino as 'Special Guest Star.' The 80th Annual Drama League Awards Ceremony and Luncheon is being held this afternoon, May 16, at the Marriott Marquis Times Square, where winners will be announced for Distinguished Production of a Play, Distinguished Production of a Musical, Distinguished Revival of a Play, Distinguished Revival of a Musical, and the much coveted Distinguished Performance Award. Just last night, the cast and creative team of the Tony Award-nominated smash hit Broadway musical After Midnight, welcomed back Grammy Award-winner Fantasia Barrino as "Special Guest Star.' Fantasia Barrino returns to Broadway in the role she originated for a four-week engagement (5/13/14 - 6/8/14) leading up to the Tony Awards on June 9, 2014.

It is my great pleasure to announce that we will be producing the musical On the Twentieth Century, with book and lyrics by Betty Comden & Adolph Green, score by Cy Coleman, and directed by Scott Ellis. Kristin Chenoweth and Peter Gallagher will star in this production, opening in the spring of 2015 at the American Airlines Theatre.

It's been over 36 years since the show debuted on Broadway, and below, we bring you a video flashback of the original cast in action, including: John Cullum, Imogene Coca, Kevin Kline, and Madeline Kahn- who was replaced by Judy Kaye soon after the show opened.

Roundabout Theatre Company has announced that it will present Tony & Emmy Award winner Kristin Chenoweth as 'Lily Garland' and Golden Globe & SAG Award winner & Tony nominee Peter Gallagher as 'Oscar Jaffe' in a new Broadway production of the classic musical ON THE TWENTIETH CENTURY, directed by Scott Ellis and choreographed by Warren Carlyle. Ginny's Salon Series: After Midnight is set for Monday, May 19th at 8:00 PM at Marcus Samuelsson's acclaimed Ginny's Supper Club underneath Red Rooster Harlem.

Fantasia, After Midnight's original Grammy Award-winning 'Special Guest Star,' will reprise her critically acclaimed performance in the smash hit Broadway musical, tonight, May 13 through Sunday, June 8, 2014. After Midnight will donate $5 from each ticket sold for tonight's performance to the Harlem School of the Arts, now celebrating its 50th Anniversary.

Outer Critics Circle, the organization of writers and commentators for media covering New York theatre announced today its award winners for the 2013-14 season in 24 categories.

The cast of After Midnight says farewell to their most recent guest star, Vanessa Williams. Williams' last performance is on Sunday, May 11 at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre (256 W. 47th Street). Set to replace Williams is The Color Purple's Fantasia Barrino.
