Gingold Theatrical Group's Project Shaw, under the leadership of Artistic Director David Staller, concluded its 11th Season when it presented its 119th concert presentation with Shaw's Androcles and the Lion, last night at Symphony Space's Leonard Nimoy Thalia Theatre (2537 Broadway at 95th Street).
Two distinctive pieces of theater - a drama about pioneering gay illustrator J.C. Leyendecker, and a musical comedy version of the Greek classic Electra - will be featured in this year's New York New Works Theatre Festival, August 29 through September 14.
