Based on a short story and unproduced screenplay by Tennessee Williams, One Arm is adapted for the stage and directed by Moisés Kaufman. JULIUS BY DESIGN -- a new play by Kara Lee Corthron, winner of the Paula Vogel Playwriting Award -- will be given its world-premiere production Off-Broadway this summer, presented by Fulcrum Theater with preview performances starting Tuesday, July 5 prior to an official opening night on Sunday, July 10 at the Access Theatre (380 Broadway) in Manhattan.

Radio Bloomsday, the annual 7 hour radio broadcast of artists interpreting James Joyce's Ulysses, will be heard coast to coast on Thursday, June 16th, 2011 on WBAI, 99.5 FM in New York City and on KPFK, 90.7 in Los Angeles. This year's international celebration of James Joyce's novel Ulysses will feature artists from New York City, Los Angeles, London and Dublin. The show will be streamed live on wbai.org

Now this talented team turns its attention to a fresh translation of a masterpiece: Anton Chekhov's Three Sisters. Ruhl enlivens this classic with the same elegant understanding of intimacy that infused those earlier collaborations, while Waters and a cast of 14 deliver another sumptuous production. This West Coast premiere begins previews on Berkeley Rep's intimate Thrust Stage on April 8, opens April 13, and runs through May 22. Three Sisters is a co-production between Berkeley Rep, where Waters serves as associate artistic director, and Yale Repertory Theatre.
