The best of Broadway will be presented FREE on six consecutive Thursdays this summer with "106.7 Lite FM's Broadway in Bryant Park 2012" - a lunchtime series which began on Thursday July 12 on the Bryant Park Stage. Sponsored by Resorts World Casino New York City, and hosted by Lite FM's on-air personalities, the 12th annual presentation of open-air, On- and Off-Broadway lunch hour performances runs through August 16. On Stage Touring, LLC, in association with Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc., announced today that it will kick off their 2012/2013 touring season of Elvis Lives 'The Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Event' in Wilmington, DE, on October 2, 2012. Due to incredible demand from audiences coast to coast, this season's tour will travel to sixty cities, presenting 100 performances, more than triple the number of last season's tour.

The Off Broadway Alliance, the organization of Off Broadway producers, theaters, general managers, press agents and marketing firms, has announced the winners of the 2nd Annual Off Broadway Alliance Awards, honoring commercial and not-for-profit Off Broadway productions that opened during the 2011-2012 season.

Last night, May 9, VOCA PEOPLE (www.VocaPeopleNYC.com), the hit musical, welcomed "Police Academy" star and "the man of 10,000 sound effects" Michael Winslow as he joins the VOCA PEOPLE for four select performances through May 20 at New World Stages (340 W. 50th Street). Mr. Winslow will perform with VOCA PEOPLE again May 13 at 5:30pm, May 14 at 8pm, May 16 at 7pm and May 17 at 7pm. The 27th Annual Lucille Lortel Awards were handed out last night, May 6, 2012 at NYU Skirball Center, in a ceremony that once again benefited the Actors Fund and honored the best of Off Broadway.
