Davis and actor Gary Farmer will lead the cast of Goodspeed's INDIAN JOE. Based on a true story, INDIAN JOE, a new musical about discovering the true meaning of family, will inspire Connecticut audiences this fall. An acoustic powerhouse cast of actor-musicians will weave a tuneful tale that beats with pure American heart and soul. Two Turns Theatre Company will present an intimate and freshly interpreted production of Doug Wright's Pulitzer and Tony Award-winning play, I Am My Own Wife, about the infamous German transvestite Charlotte von Mahlsdorf. Directed by Amy Corcoran and starring Drama Desk nominee Vince Gatton, the play will be performed in and among the furniture, art, clothing and taxidermy of RePOP (143 Roebling St., Brooklyn, NY 11211), Williamsburg's noted vintage shop. Performances begin September 23 and will run through October 4. I Am My Own Wife will perform Wednesdays through Sundays at 7:30 p.m.

Music Theatre of Connecticut MainStage, Fairfield County's award-winning professional theatre company, will present an evening with Tony® nominee Adam Pascal, star of Broadway's 'Rent, 'Aida,' 'Memphis,' 'Cabaret' and 'Chicago' and numerous feature films including 'Rent.' Benzel-Busch Motor Car Corp., New Jersey's premier Mercedes-Benz, Audi and smart dealership and longtime supporter of the Bergen Performing Arts Center (bergenPAC), presents the “Benzel-Busch Concert Series.”   As part of the series, Chris Botti is set to perform tonight, August 7 at 8pm. Prior to the performance; Benzel-Busch will be on-site showcasing (XX, YY and ZZ) where patrons can get the first look at these newest cars.

DPAC has just announced key event statistics for the venue's recently completed seventh season. Total attendance hit a new high mark of 448,998 guests, topping DPAC's last record of 421,000 set in the 2011 / 2012 season. The seventh season also set new records with total events (224 events), total sellouts (112 sellout performances) and number of season seat members (15,167) for the signature series, SunTrust Broadway at DPAC.
