Teaming up for an evening of 'Just POW!', these MAC and Bistro Award winning performers (Best Impersonation) pull out all the stops, singing classic solo's, parodies, duets and just plain whooping and hollering by the greatest mother/daughter team in show biz history in 'a high energy evening with an abundance of laughs!' (Edge) . The gaiety continues bi-monthly with performances on Saturday, October 15th, Saturday, October 29th, Saturday, November 12th, Saturday, November 26th, Saturday, December 10th and Saturday, December 17th. Oscar winner and acclaimed comedian Mo'Nique -- as embodied by RuPaul's Drag Race sensation Stacy Layne Matthews -- comes to NYC to tape a gay version of her popular B.E.T. talk show for the very low budget G.E.T. (the fictional Gay Entertainment Television).

Last night, May 10, the Manhattan Association of Cabarets & Clubs presented the 2011 MAC Awards. The awards ceremony and show was produced by Julie Miller and directed by Lennie Watts and was held at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill. The evening was hosted by Christine Pedi. Steven Ray Watkins was the musical director.
