The ensemble brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and years of experience. After years spent under copyright, Aldous Huxley's enduring classic Brave New World will come to life on a Canadian stage for the first time in decades. Produced by Litmus Theatre and Kabin and with the support of Theatre Passe Muraille (TPM), Brave New World previews September 27-28, opens September 29 and runs until October 16, 2016.

Press opening is April 3. SIX CHARACTERS is directed, designed and adapted by Theodora Skipitares and marks a milestone as the 25th play she's created in 30 years on stage. It was an incredible night for Toronto theatre when our community joined together to celebrate another year of performing arts in Toronto on June 23rd at the WestJet Stage at the Harbourfront Centre. For the 2013-2014 season, 143 producing companies (up 41 from last season's 102) registered eligible productions. A total of 48 Dora Awards, plus the Silver Ticket Award and the Audience Choice Award, were given out in a glittering ceremony hosted by Matt Baram and Naomi Snieckus, founding Co-Artistic Directors of the three-time Canadian Comedy Award-winning The National Theatre of the World.

The Dallas Opera, in partnership with Klyde Warren Park and with support from The Dallas Arts District, is delighted to announce our first-ever artistic collaboration: a live simulcast of one of the most popular operas in the repertoire, Georges Bizet's 1875 masterpiece, CARMEN, starring the gorgeous and gifted French mezzo-soprano Clémentine Margaine in her American debut.
