Broadway and television stars, theatre fans, poker pros and game-faced novices alike will come together when Broadway Bets, Broadway's official poker tournament, returns on Monday, May 14. The event is produced by and benefits Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

Though they played their final Broadway gig last fall, the Donny Nova Band is getting back together- this time for the big screen. According to Forbes, Bandstand, which won a Tony Award last year and played for 166 performances at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre, will arrive in movie theatres across the country this June.

THE LIGHTNING THIEF: THE PERCY JACKSON MUSICAL, an 'electrifying' (Newsday) musical adaption of the New York Times best-selling novel written by Rick Riordan, will launch its national tour in Chicago in January 2019 before heading across the country, with engagements announced in Seattle, Detroit, Charlotte, San Antonio and more. Additional tour cities and casting will be announced at a later date.

Broadway In Chicago is delighted to announce that individual tickets for Dirty Dancing - The Classic Story On Stage will go on sale Monday, March 26, 2018. Producers, Theatreworks USA, Martian Entertainment, Greg Schaffert Productions and Lang Entertainment Group have partnered with The Road Company (trc.nyc) to bring Drama Desk Nominated Best Musical, The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical around the country beginning fall of 2018.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Monday, June 26 at 10:00am ET for SpongeBob SquarePants on Broadway at The Palace Theatre (1564 Broadway - Broadway at 47th Street). Preview performances begin Monday, November 6th with an official opening on Monday, December 4th.
