D'Ysquiths are dropping like flies in The Old Globe's world premiere musical, A GENTLEMAN'S GUIDE TO LOVE AND MURDER, and each time one dies, Monty Navarro moves one step closer to becoming the ninth Earl of Highhurst.

Soho Rep has announced casting and an official opening date for the world premiere of Lucas Hnath's play A Public Reading of an Unproduced Screenplay About the Death of Walt Disney.

Magic Theatre will welcome back playwright Julie Marie Myatt and director Jonathan Moscone for the Bay Area premiere of The Happy Ones running tonight, March 27 - April 21.

The Old Globe presents the world premiere adaptation of A Doll's House, Henrik Ibsen's masterful exploration of society, money, gender roles and marriage. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the production below.

Recognizing the importance of exposure to the arts in the development and education of young people, The Old Globe today announced a special hour-long production of William Shakespeare's Twelfth Night that will tour San Diego County middle and high schools. This imaginative, fun and accessible production is an ideal introduction to the wonders of Shakespeare. The production, which will tour from April 22 through May 17, 2013, is now available for booking and will cost schools $500 for one performance and $400 for a second performance at the same school on the same day. Discounts and scholarships are available to Title One schools. The Globe's tour of Twelfth Night, directed by Nelson Eusebio III, is part of Shakespeare for a New Generation, a national program of the National Endowment for the Arts in partnership with Arts Midwest. Geva Theatre Center's 40th Anniversary Season continues with The Whipping Man by Matthew Lopez, directed by Tim Ocel. This new Civil War drama begins performances on April 2 and runs in the Elaine P. Wilson Mainstage through April 28.

Competitive backstabbing alternates with supportive camaraderie amongst emerging writers and their famous professor in Theresa Rebeck's award-winning drama Seminar, receiving its Philadelphia premiere at Philadelphia Theatre Company tonight, March 15-April 14 at the Suzanne Roberts Theatre (Broad and Lombard Streets). Directed by Scott Schwartz, the ensemble cast features Rufus Collins, Matt Harrington, Teresa Avia Lim, Genevieve Perrier, and Luigi Sottile.

Yale Repertory Theatre presents Paul Giamatti in HAMLET by William Shakespeare, directed by James Bundy, at the University Theatre (222 York Street), tonight, March 15-April 13. Opening Night is Thursday, March 21, at 7:30PM.
