Mad Cow Theatre announces its 17th anniversary season of live professional theatre in the Heart of Downtown Orlando, running from September 27, 2013 to September 21, 2014.

Exploring the rivalry and mutual fascination between Mary Queen of Scots and Elizabeth I, Liz Lochhead's Mary Queen of Scots Got Her Head Chopped Off re-tells this murky tale of political and sexual intrigue with ferocious wit and innovation and examines Mary's legacy through the eyes of Corbie, a carrion crow who is her unseen attendant through life and death.

Stage and screen stalwart and SEX & THE CITY siren Kim Cattrall has opened up about her sexy new stage role at Kevin Spacey's artistically directed Old Vic Theatre in the West End - that of Princess Kosmonopolis (aka Alexandra Del Lago) in the Tennessee Williams classic SWEET BIRD OF YOUTH, co-starring rising theatre headliner Seth Numrich.

For the second production of its 2013 season, Theatre of NOTE is working with Theatre Movement Bazaar in presenting the world premiere of Hot Cat tonight, May 3-June 1, directed and choreographed by Tina Kronis, text by Richard Alger. Hot Cat is an original play created with the unique talents of Theatre Movement Bazaar, featuring performers from Theatre of NOTE's ensemble, using a synthesis of dance and theatre, a mixture of comedy and philosophy to create an original and proactive theatrical experience.

The Attic Theater Company will present the New York premiere of Tennessee Williams' THE NOTEBOOK OF TRIGORIN, directed by Laura Braza. Williams' adaptation of Anton Chekov's THE SEAGULL, THE NOTEBOOK OF TRIGORIN will be performed at The Flea (41 White Street -between Broadway & Church Streets) from tonight, May 3rd through Saturday, May 18th, 2013. The Meeting* hosted by Justin Sayre - the acclaimed comedy/variety show - will conclude its Spring 2013 season on Thursday, May 16 at The Duplex in New York's West Village. Village Green Productions has announced the return of THE BOOMERANG EFFECT, written by Matthew Leavitt, produced by Del Shores and directed by Damaso Rodriguz. THE BOOMERANG EFFECT will mark the final production Mr. Rodriguez will direct in Los Angeles prior to his becoming Artistic Director of the Artists Repertory Theatre in Portland. THE BOOMERANG EFFECT will preview on Thursday, June 6 & Friday, June 7 at 8pm and will open on Saturday, June 8 and will run through Saturday, July 27 at the Zephyr Theatre, 7456 Melrose Ave., in West Hollywood.

Summer 2013 will bring a wealth of new works to Chicago stages, closing out this season with some of the most exciting theater in the country, and holding Chicago's place as a leader on the national scene. Offerings from the city's more than 200 producing theaters includes a range of special summer programming, featuring everything from the latest musicals and highly anticipated world premieres to updated classics.

The Renegade Company will present a new work titled Glass: Shattered. The piece is inspired by Tennessee Williams' American classic The Glass Menagerie and is written and directed by Renegade's Artistic Director Michael Durkin. Glass: Shattered runs from June 5th -22nd.

Now at the forefront of play development and producing new works, three award-winning theaters have joined forces for the first time. The beneficies are Los Angeles theatre audiences able to see this World Premiere staging of Donald Freed's new play, Tomorrow. Damian Cruden (Artistic Director from England's York Royal Theatre) directs a stellar cast, which includes Salome Jens, Kevin Quinn, and Jenn Robbins. Tomorrow runs at the Skylight Theatre Complex through May 5, 2013.
